Decals are made to order all Computer Die-cut using high quality 7 to 10 year indoor/outdoor waterproof vinyl. Decals can be custom sized for a Macbook, PC, Window, Wall or anywhere else you wish to apply it. We will soon be offering current and new designs on t-shirts and other apparel. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Large Order Returns or Exchanges

Large orders consisting of 10 or more identical items are considered custom orders and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges as these items are made to order. If you have any concerns please contact me prior to ordering.

Custom and personalized orders

I take pride in my product and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I will gladly replace any product that is defective due to defects in manufacturing and or workmanship for 14 days from the date of delivery. If items are damaged during shipping please send a picture of the damage and I will replace the item. In the event the item is no longer available, you may exchange for an item of equal value or request a refund.

I will accept returns for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Large Orders, Custom or Personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange as they are made to order.

Please contact me if there are any issues before leaving feedback and I will work to resolve them to your satisfaction.

Please remember that colors as seen in your monitor may slightly vary from the actual product. Things like monitor settings, ink cartridges, and even the type of paper used affect the final result. Also, due to the handmade nature, the design placement may vary slightly. These issues will not be cause to claim a defect in manufacturing or workmanship.

Custom and personalized orders

All orders will have a USPS tracking number assigned. Orders totaling over $100 will require signature confirmation at delivery.

How fast will I get my decals?

All of our decals are made to order and shipped within 2 business days. To keep our costs, low we use USPS First Class Package shipping. Most orders reach our US domestic customers within 3 to 5 business days after pickup. Most of which are just the 3 days and sometimes even 2. Regardless, the most compliments we get from satisfied customers other than the quality and great looks of our decals, is how fast they received their items.

What if I'm not confident that I can install my new decal(s)?

If you have never installed a large decal like these before, I think you will be surprised as to how easy it can be once you learn the process. However, if you just want to make sure it gets done right then we recommend hiring a professional to install it for you. Just about any local sign shop in your area will have technicians that will install your decals for a small fee. Craigslist is another good place to look - try to find someone who does sign work and they will have the skills needed to help you out.

How do I install my new decal(s)?

We currently are in production creating instructional videos for how to install our specific decals. However, until they are finished we recommend watching some instructional videos on Youtube. Just type in "how to install hood decals" and you will get a ton of different videos on how to do it. Most methods are the same and you will also learn what materials you may need to generate the best results. We recommend using a "wet" method for installing, this will allow you to lift and re-position the decal if needed and will help minimize bubbles.
